
Ronnie Parker M.Ed., BSW is an accomplished professional with experience in higher education, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement. Recognized for exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds, Ronnie has a proven record of strengthening programs, developing training, and improving organizational effectiveness through strategic leadership.
As a nonprofit consultant with Elevated Strategies, Ronnie offers expertise in strategic planning, partnership development, quality improvement, fiscal oversight, sub-grantee monitoring, policy and procedure creation, event coordination, HR duties —demonstrating consistent leadership and organizational development skills. Ronnie uses Lean Six principles to identify and reduce agency waste with the intention to streamline programming and policies while traveling across the United States collaborating with agencies to increase program effectiveness and compliance.
During her time overseeing a pilot academic advising program at Wor-Wic Community College, Ronnie provided proactive student support through program monitoring, recruitment outreach, and collaboration with student services.
Previously, as a Monitoring, Training, and Development Specialist with Telamon Workforce & Career Services, Ronnie supported nine states in alignment with Department of Labor and WIOA guidelines, provided instructional training grounded in adult learning principles, and reviewed compliance documentation to meet federal requirements. Ronnie also assisted in developing learning programs and training experiences designed to build staff knowledge and capabilities—strengthening agency performance through thoughtful instructional design.
Earlier in Ronnie’s career, roles including Trainer, Community Partnerships Coordinator, Program Manager, and Community Organizer reinforced experience in capacity-building, curriculum design, community programming, collaborative relationship-building, database management, and resident leadership empowerment.
Ronnie has a Master of Education in Adult Learning and Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Cleveland State University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree from Cuyahoga Community College. Ronnie has extensive experience in grant writing and various public health programming that includes maternal healthcare and HIV/AIDS care.
Driven by a commitment to equitable access, continuous improvement, and community impact, Ronnie brings a dynamic background in leadership, training and development, instructional design, student services, and cross-sector collaboration.
