The Thomas Foundation, Inc. purpose is to bring relief to the poor, the distressed and the underprivileged; advancement of education and science; promotion of social welfare to lessen neighborhood tensions, eliminate prejudice and discrimination, defend human and civil rights secured by law and to effectively combat community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
